Find a comfortable reclining position on your mat. Knees bent in Constructive Rest (knees together, feet wide apart). Draw shoulders blades down the back, open through front of chest, externally rotate arms, palms up.
Begin by moving the hips in very small circles, tracing the edges of the sacrum, 360 degrees...full gentle circles, dragging the low, low back on your mat -- three one direction, and then three the other direction.
